Glad you like it. I wanted some effects that would not cover his face. I figured some dust or a prelude to a stronger force beginning to come out from his hand. I like how this worked.

:blushes: Thank you! I took extra time on the details for the skin. I did not want it to be like granite or some rock texture... I mean, yes, he's a hard ass dictator, but that's still his face. He talks and makes (mostly angry and scowling) expressions too. :nod:
